What you'll be doing As an Enrolled Nurse, you will deliver safe and effective direct care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring patients receive high‑quality support throughout their stay. You will contribute to care planning, documentation and continuous improvement while demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication. In this role you will: Assess, recognise and respond to patient health needs within scope of practice. Provide comfort, assistance and support with activities of daily living. Escalate clinical concerns and report variations to the Registered Nurse. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold organisational protocols.Contribute to team goals, quality improvement and safe patient experiences.
