The Opportunity The Marketing Manager will focus on maximizing the value of Royal Randwick Shopping Centre and Northbridge Plaza through strategic marketing initiatives. This full‑time role requires travel between the two centres with an equal time spent at both. Key Responsibilities : Develop and deliver annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with centre objectives. Implement marketing strategies to maximize customer traffic and retailer sales. Set objectives for campaigns establish feedback processes and measure results. Ensure all stakeholders are briefed on events and campaigns adhering to health and safety policies. Maintain up-to-date marketing communication vehicles. Collaborate with the Marketing Support Digital Team to ensure websites and social media channels meet key objectives. About You You are a dynamic and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a passion for driving results. Qualifications & Experience : Tertiary qualification in Marketing Communications or a similar discipline. 5 years of experience in marketing or communication roles ideally within retail or shopping centre environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comprehensive negotiation mediation conflict management and customer retention skills. Proven ability to develop and lead a high‑functioning team.
