An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and adaptable Social worker to join our team at The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre in a full time capacity. This grade 1 Social Work position involves working collaboratively within an established multidisciplinary team, including a group of endorsed and experienced Social Workers. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills and enjoy working with in a multidisciplinary team environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment, timely intervention and contribute towards the holistic discharge planning of patients within a rehabilitation setting Display exceptional time management and a high degree of flexibility Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team across both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives Selection Criteria Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Social Work Eligibility for membership to the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) Experience working in a rehabilitation or hospital setting desirable To Apply: Please click on the 'Apply' button below to be taken to our online application form.
