As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven professional who can combine pre‑sales expertise with strong account management capabilities to support our growing customer base. The Role We are seeking a high‑performing Account Manager to drive commercial outcomes while showcasing the value of Cloud Assess to prospective and existing customers. This role blends sales, solution demonstration, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can quickly understand our product, deliver compelling demos, manage renewal cycles, and support customers to maximise platform adoption. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients to drive retention, expansion, and long‑term value. Lead renewal conversations and proactively identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. Support customers with onboarding handovers, training, and ongoing platform optimisation. Build strong client relationships by understanding their training, compliance, and assessment requirements. Monitor account health, usage data, and adoption metrics to ensure customer success. Act as the voice of the customer internally and collaborate with Product, Support, and Marketing teams. Assist with proposal creation, tender responses, and solution design and support of pre‑sales when required. Engage in continuous review and refinement of automated procedures. About You 5+ years’ experience in SaaS sales, account management, or a hybrid role. Strong presentation and demo skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply. Comfortable running training sessions or product walkthroughs for varied audiences. High aptitude for learning new platforms and communicating their value. Proven track record meeting or exceeding revenue, retention, or sales targets. Strong relationship‑building skills and a consultative approach to selling. Experience LMS/LXP, training, compliance, or workforce development (advantageous but not required). Highly organised, accountable, and commercially driven.
