Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and engage mid‑market and enterprise prospects across sectors such as training organisations, workforce development, compliance‑driven industries, and large employers. Leverage Cloud Assess's strong Australian customer base to generate referrals and identify lookalike opportunities across enterprise and similar ecosystems. Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using phone outreach, personalised email sequences, LinkedIn engagement, and industry networking. Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving learning, assessment, and workforce capability solutions driving discovery, business‑case development, tailored demonstrations, and negotiation through to close. Maintain a structured, disciplined pipeline using a defined sales methodology; ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene. Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, demonstrating strong execution and commercial ownership. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, drive feedback loops, and strengthen Cloud Assess' go‑to‑market strategy. Represent Cloud Assess at industry events, customer presentations, and other market‑facing activities. Work closely with partners, channel networks, and industry associations to source and develop new pipeline opportunities. About You 5+ years of success in B2B SaaS new business roles, ideally within LMS, HR tech, assessment platforms, or adjacent workforce / education technologies. Experience managing enterprise‑level deals with complex stakeholder groups, procurement processes, and longer sales cycles. Strong track record in phone‑based outbound prospecting combined with confident face‑to‑face engagement. Skilled in complex, multi‑stakeholder solution selling with full ownership of the end‑to‑end sales cycle. Experience selling into HR, Learning & Development, RTOs, compliance / regulatory environments, or workforce capability teams is highly desirable. Highly structured in sales methodology, pipeline management, and CRM discipline. A proactive self‑starter comfortable operating in a lean, fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Commercially sharp, execution‑focused, and able to prioritise effectively while maintaining momentum across multiple opportunities.
