Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Day Procedures Join Ramsay Health Care as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) on our Day Procedures ward in Peninsula Private Hospital, Frankston. This part‑time role offers flexible hours and a 7‑day rotating shift schedule including weekends. About the Role As a senior member of our clinical team, you will review, plan, oversee and deliver patient care within the unit under the guidance and support of the Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator. The ANUM role requires strong clinical aptitude, dynamic planning and supportive leadership to enable the nursing team to provide a high level of quality service and care to patients. What we’re looking for Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA Minimum three (3) years’ nursing experience Previous experience in a surgical or day procedure unit Flexibility to be available weekends, weekdays and evenings Clinical leadership experience or post‑graduate specialty qualifications (highly regarded) Current clinical experience working in acute surgical services Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Remuneration Base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 to $57.76 plus superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications.
