About the Role As part of our Finance Team, your primary purpose will be to support the finance function across 21 underwriting agencies and a services company. This is a hands‑on role focused on executing daily operations and month-end processes, while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management reports for review by the Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer Complete timely and accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations Support the onboarding of acquisitions and new startups Assist the Financial Controller, CFO, and Executive Directors across the group Build strong partnerships with companies within the group Develop a deep understanding of agency underwriting and finance systems Design and refine processes to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency Implement new technologies to support diverse business and stakeholder needs About the Successful Candidate A degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification (or working towards) Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role Insurance industry experience – Insurer, Underwriting Agency or Broker High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A collaborative mindset and ability to work under pressure Strong organisational and time management capabilities About 360 Underwriting Solutions Founded in 2017 by Denis Morrissey and Chris Lynch, 360 Underwriting Solutions is a specialist agency dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions for the broker market and their clients.
