Your role: As a Graduate working with either our Sales or Pricing and Estimation teams, your responsibilities will include: Develop and complete solution and pricing proposals to customer requests for tender and new business pitches. You will be involved in driving sales for new and existing customers; and developing business through lead generation and lead development. Research to understand customer business requirements and new opportunities to manage operational issues and develop customer specific unique value proposition. Prepare reports and documentation to conduct ongoing customer reviews. Increasing sales by recommending new solution offerings to existing customers. Growing the customer base and influencing cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success. Skills and Experience Engineering Degree: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronics Engineering, with a 2nd degree in business, commerce, finance or marketing preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a customer-driven sales environment. Customer-focused and problem-solving skills.
