Monday–Friday, 6 hours per day About the Role As our Education & Quality Supervisor , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the very best care. You’ll design and deliver engaging training programs, mentor and inspire care teams, and champion continual improvement across our Residential services. From onboarding new staff to supporting accreditation and compliance, you’ll be the driving force behind a culture of excellence, innovation, and compassion. About the Team At Macquarie Park , BaptistCare operates three dedicated sites — Shalom Centre, Dorothy Henderson Lodge, and Cooinda Court . Together, they provide a vibrant community offering residential care, retirement living, and specialised support services. As the Education & Quality Supervisor , you’ll work with two other Educator and Quality supervisors across these sites to guide and support care teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality education and training.
