We're looking for an Asset & Equipment Repair Coordinator on a 6‑month contract who will be responsible for managing the maintenance, repair, and lifecycle of assets and equipment. This role focuses on driving efficient inventory control across CouriersPlease asset network, including scanners and cages . Key Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑one asset and inventory control for all scanners, cages, and operational equipment, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and maintenance across all CouriersPlease locations. Maintain accurate and real‑time inventory data, ensuring all systems and reports reflect up‑to‑date movements and support informed operational and commercial decision‑making. Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships to support efficient procurement processes, quality assurance, and the timely delivery of equipment and stock. Coordinate and administer purchase orders, device allocations, and issue resolution, including the investigation and management of lost, damaged, or faulty equipment. Lead quarterly forums with State Device Champions, providing updates, sharing best‑practice insights, and driving improved technical capability across the network. Act as the central point of contact for all device‑related matters at CouriersPlease, delivering expert guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear, consistent communication to operational teams. About You Demonstrated experience in inventory or asset management, with a proven ability to oversee stock control processes across multiple sites or operational environments. Strong working knowledge of asset management systems and reporting tools, with the capability to interpret data, maintain accurate records, and support operational decision‑making. Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, with the ability to align asset and inventory practices to broader business needs. High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring consistent, reliable, and compliant record‑keeping. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse data, develop reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Clear, confident, and professional communicator, able to convey information effectively to a wide range of stakeholders.
