About The Role Product Managers at Tyro play a critical role in defining, delivering, and evolving a differentiated portfolio of products that drive value for our 70,000+ customers. What You'll Do Own the strategy and execution for a product or key part of a product, ensuring alignment with the broader product strategy. Define clear objectives and measurable success metrics, linking customer needs to business goals. Collaborate with leadership to prioritize product initiatives, making data‑driven trade‑offs based on impact, feasibility, and strategic fit. Maintain direct, frequent engagement with customers to gather qualitative insights and validate key assumptions. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning. Work closely with engineering and design to define requirements, break down user stories, and prioritize the backlog. Ensure efficient, high‑quality execution across the product lifecycle—from concept to launch and iteration. Oversee impactful launch plans, GTM strategies, and enablement materials for sales, support, and marketing teams. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across sales, operations, and legal teams for successful product rollout. What You'll Bring Experience driving a 6‑12 month product roadmap, balancing short‑term wins with long‑term impact. Proven ability to ship impactful features in partnership with engineering and design. Strong customer discovery and market insight skills, translating pain points into product solutions. Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in metrics analysis (funnel analysis, cohort tracking). Comfortable working with agile development processes and writing clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and iterative product development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence decisions across teams. Ability to articulate trade‑offs and balance multiple competing priorities.
