Responsibilities You will report to the Executive Chef and be responsible for producing a wide range of quality products while exercising your knowledge of hygiene and food safety and maintaining our high guest service standards. You will also support the dynamic and professional Culinary Team with a genuine and friendly personality. Qualifications Previous culinary experience (experience in a hotel or restaurant environment highly desirable) Grill experience an advantage You will have your commercial cookery certification Experience with a food safety system such as HACCAP desirable Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Enthusiasm to learn new things A can‑do attitude The ability to work a rotating roster, including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and Australian work rights is a must.
