Role We’re looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our Melbourne based Salesforce team in a permanent role. This position is ideal for someone with Salesforce experience and a strong desire to learn and grow. Exposure to or a basic understanding of OmniStudio is an advantage, but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing, building, and deploying Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. Support the development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and integrations under guidance from senior developers. Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to solution discussions. Help maintain data models, automation workflows, and integrations while following best practices and secure coding standards. Assist in troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and improving system performance. Qualifications 2–3 years of Salesforce development experience or equivalent in enterprise or large‑scale environments. Hands‑on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Some exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Basic working knowledge of OmniStudio / Vlocity (e.g., FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors) is a plus. Understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP) and familiarity with middleware or integration tools. Awareness of Git, DevOps Center, or CI/CD pipelines. Basic understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and development best practices. Ability to work in structured, compliance‑driven environments (government experience is advantageous).
