Blundstone’s next CEO will be entrusted with guiding a brand that is deeply embedded in Australian identity and recognised on the world stage within workwear and consumer markets. As a global business, Blundstone has manufacturing and distribution partners across the world, with further growth in all markets a key part of their strategic plan. What You Bring: 10+ years in senior executive roles within global manufacturing or consumer products Proven leadership in strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills Willingness to travel internationally (up to 80 nights/year) This is a rare opportunity to lead an iconic brand into its future.
