This role is all about keeping things running smoothly - building maintenance, safety compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. What You’ll Do Coordinate building maintenance and respond to tenant requests quickly. Liaise with vendors and contractors to keep services on track. Maintain accurate building records and documentation. Assist with inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements. Support budgeting, purchase orders, and invoice processing. Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders through clear communication. What You Bring Previous experience in facilities coordination or property management. Knowledge of building safety regulations and emergency protocols. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
