We are looking for a talented Relationship Manager to join our team in Sydney About the role: Drive nominations for leading industry awards. Drive ticket sales for major industry award events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage prospects and promote event participation. Work towards participation and sales targets. Maintenance of the company CRM (Salesforce) – logging calls, emails and tasks to the CRM. Professional Development held every fortnight to ensure constant up‑skilling and learnings. About you: Experience handling high volumes of outbound calls Call centre experience will be considered an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility with working hours as events dictate. Align with our values of Growth, Accountability, Humility, and Generosity.
