The role – what you will lead & grow In this role you will manage and grow the WA territory, with a strong presence at Perth Children's Hospital, providing in-theatre support for surgical cases. Drive new business development, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding market share across orthopaedics and related specialties. Maintain and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong partnerships with surgeons. Provide on-call support as required, delivering exceptional service and responsiveness to clinicians. What you will need to get the job Bachelor of Science degree or related qualification. Medical device sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential. Proven sales background as a medical device representative, skilled at navigating the internal structures of Perth hospitals to establish clinical pathways and drive product adoption. Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision, however, you will be given training. Advanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
