The Role We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager who is ready to support our hard-working team. In this pivotal position, you’ll assist the Club Manager in steering the daily operations of the sales and fitness teams. You will also be responsible for the club's social media across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Your passion for outstanding customer service will shine as you oversee in-house sales and help execute effective lead generation and marketing plans that boost brand awareness and membership sign-ups. As part of your responsibilities, you may also be called upon to: Achieve sales budgets Plan and keep the club's Social Media active by taking pictures, videos and posting regularly Coordinate engaging pre-sale events and marketing initiatives Meet performance metrics related to revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls and facilities maintenance Implement corporate policies and business practices Ensure top-notch customer service and operational excellence Keep the club clean, safe, and well-maintained About You You have a genuine passion for health and fitness. You have a keen eye for social media and are comfortable putting yourself out there, by being in photos and videos for the club. Your skills include: Proven experience in similar role Solid understanding of sales and operational success Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities Positive and motivating communication style Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word) Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
