Finance & Administration Team Member

This role is a key support function within Retailquip’s Finance team. It is responsible for providing high-level administrative, inventory, and freight coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires a detail-oriented team member with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple systems and processes effectively. In addition to daily tasks, the role will actively contribute to driving best practice outcomes and improved processes across inventory, freight, admin, and finance functions. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain, monitor, and investigate inventory levels. Raise and submit purchase orders. Manage RFQ enquiries with suppliers. Analyse and report on inventory trends to support accurate purchasing decisions. Process stock adjustments in inventory software. Generate reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and stock ageing. Coordinate stock counts and reconciliation. Manage daily receival/dispatch registers. Book, monitor, and coordinate international sea freight and domestic freight with third-party providers, internal staff, and external customers. Manage scheduling and budget control of freight activities. Maintain and manage contracts/relationships with logistics providers. Monitor freight industry trends (local and international). Control freight costs and reconcile freight invoices against charge rates. Market Service & Administration Provide sales support including dispatch and receival paperwork and invoicing. Manage inventory movement in/out. Enter and process invoices. Order and manage office amenities and stationery supplies. Finance Support Process receipts and bank reconciliations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
