Overview Partner Executive – Overseas Returnee Recruitment, based in Tokyo/Osaka About Agoda Agoda is an online travel booking platform for accommodations, flights, and more. Responsibilities Identify and research potential new hotel partners in target regions across Japan. Proactively reach out to hotel owners and decision-makers via calls, emails, and in-person visits. Present Agoda’s value proposition and negotiate commercial terms to onboard new hotels. Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring properties are set up for success and go live on Agoda’s platform. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Provide market insights and best practices to help partners maximize their performance on Agoda. Track and report on acquisition activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities. What you’ll need to succeed Bilingual in Japanese and English: able to conduct business communication effectively in both languages. Experience in business development or sales. Analytical with a proven track record of using data to drive achievements and decisions. Autonomous and result-driven with the ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes in responsibilities and workflows as needed by the business. Nice to have Experience in the hotel or OTA sector. Passionate about travel.
