About the role You will be the main point of contact for end user IT support and problem resolution at our client site 5 days a week, while also providing remote support on another site. Responsibilities Desktop PC & Laptop Hardware installation, setup and configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution. Support of MS Teams meeting room equipment. Facilitating user training sessions. General IT troubleshooting and assistance as required on site. Assisting with project work. Occasional participation in after-hours / weekend support & deployment activities as required. Skills and experience Ideally you will be qualified in an IT related discipline and/or have up to one year experience in supporting IT technologies including PC & Laptop Hardware support, Windows 10/11 operating systems, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office and have a basic understanding of networking. Your attention to detail, natural curiosity, ability in problem solving, planning and priority setting coupled with a strong focus on customer service will put you in good stead for this role. A driver’s license is a must for this position, as you will be required to attend other sites. Excellent communication skills and the ability to commit to regular and punctual attendance are critical.
