Sales Specialist Equipment

As a Sales Specialist Equipment youll be responsible for driving new equipment sales across our full range of lifting products including overhead cranes gantries and custom-engineered solutions. Youll manage both existing customer accounts and pursue new business opportunities within your territory to help us meet our sales and order targets. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong interest in technical solutions and capital equipment. Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets across new equipment offerings including overhead cranes and lifting solutions Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities Respond to customer enquiries prepare quotations and tenders and manage the full sales cycle Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly forecasts Collaborate with the Service Sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and documentation in the CRM system Ensure accurate handover of project information to internal stakeholders (Project Engineers Service etc.) Actively participate in coaching calls sales meetings and development activities Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards in all customer interactions Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in solution sales or business development (capital equipment preferred) Strong understanding of technical sales processes lifting or industrial equipment knowledge is ideal Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite Valid drivers licence (essential) Highly motivated target-driven and able to manage your own territory Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of Australian Standards related to overhead cranes is an advantage Additional Information Competitive salary Work with a globally recognised brand known for quality safety and innovation Supportive and collaborative team environment Ongoing training development and career growth opportunities Be part of an industry that keeps Australias critical infrastructure moving Ready to Lift Your Sales Career If youre a results-driven sales professional looking to work with a reputable forward-thinking company wed love to hear from you.
