This role suits someone with strong common sense, confidence in dealing with people, and the ability to take ownership. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, demonstrating products, and ensuring enquiries convert smoothly from quote to order. If you’re organised, a quick learner, and naturally on top of things, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a hands‑on, autonomous role. Key Responsibilities Sell assistive and healthcare equipment to clients across acute, community, and allied health sectors Conduct equipment demonstrations and trials with therapists and clients Manage sales enquiries, quotes, ordering, and follow‑ups end‑to‑end Build and maintain strong relationships with OTs, physios, nurses, and care providers Develop strong product knowledge and confidently recommend suitable solutions Maintain accurate CRM and order records Work autonomously while contributing to a fast‑paced team environment About You Comfortable with sales or highly motivated to succeed in a sales‑focused role Strong product knowledge or ability to learn quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organised, proactive, and reliable Strong common sense and problem‑solving skills Able to build rapport and trust quickly Comfortable using computer systems and CRMs Physically capable of handling and demonstrating equipment Willing to travel regularly within your sales area Healthcare, OT, physio, nursing, or industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
