About the Role PSG is seeking a highly experienced Security Operations Manager to take full ownership of a multi-site portfolio. This hands‑on role requires an intrinsically motivated, results‑driven leader ready to create an immediate, tangible impact across the business. This role requires strong technical security knowledge with experience working within strata and BMC environments. Responsibilities include authority over your portfolio , meaning you’ll be the primary contact for clients. You will need to be highly adept at managing relationships, resolving issues proactively, and overseeing daily operations. You will oversee electronic security systems and coordinate patrols and response teams, ensuring operational excellence and readiness as the business expands. In addition, an integral component of your leadership position involves a capability and desire to manage high‑performing teams, and ensuring staff are sufficiently trained, engaged, and consistently delivering excellent service. Finally, you’ll contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and converting at least one new lead per month. You’ll proactively identify and embrace emerging technologies to streamline operations and lift best‑practice standards across your portfolio. About You 7+ years in security and multi‑site operations management Strong technical knowledge of security systems, compliance, and operational standards is essential, including proven experience with electronic security systems Experience coordinating or managing patrols and response teams Experience in strata or BMC‑managed environments is highly desirable Proven ability to lead and deliver immediate results Confident, strategic, hands‑on, with strong client and stakeholder management skills NSW Security License (1A / 2A subclasses) & valid driver’s license Our Culture At PSG, we’re a collaborative, values‑led team where trust, accountability, and genuine care are at the core of how we work.
