Sales Associate – Steven Barkho’s Team, The Rubinstein Group Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney Employment Type: Full-Time Join one of the Eastern Suburbs’ most respected and high-performing real estate agencies. Steven Barkho’s Team at The Rubinstein Group is seeking a driven and motivated Sales Associate to support continued growth and deliver exceptional client service. About the Role As a key member of Steven Barkho’s team, you’ll work closely with clients across the Eastern Suburbs, assisting in all areas of the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop their career alongside an industry-leading team. What You’ll Do Support Steven Barkho and the sales team in day-to-day operations Assist with buyer management, open homes, prospecting, and client follow-up Prepare property reports, proposals, and marketing materials Conduct market research and maintain an up-to-date understanding of local trends Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and community members Maintain accurate records and manage CRM entries efficiently Deliver a premium client experience consistent with The Rubinstein Group’s standards What We’re Looking For Previous experience in real estate or a strong desire to build a career in the industry A proactive, energetic, and professional approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or willingness to obtain) A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients in the Eastern Suburbs Why Join Steven Barkho’s Team at TRG?
