About the role The People and Culture Business Partner will play a pivotal role in change management and cultural enrichment. Working collaboratively with the leadership team across a designated portfolio, you will drive and implement employee-centric initiatives aligned with organisational goals. By fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and aligning with global objectives, you will support the organisation's success and promote a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture. Key responsibilities Build strong partnerships with leadership to drive strategic support and serve as the primary point of contact for all state-based P&C activities. Collaborate with leadership in the development and execution of the engagement strategy. Offer expert guidance and support on employee relations matters to foster a positive work environment. Monitor employment legislation changes, updating policies and procedures accordingly. Support the implementation of governance structures, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Assist leadership in implementing recruitment and selection processes. Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new employees to enhance retention and engagement. Support the performance management process, facilitating training and development activities. Assist with the execution of competitive remuneration strategies. Manage reward and recognition programs. Coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience Proven experience working in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a high-performance culture and dynamic environment Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law Strong understanding of organisational development, employee engagement, talent management, and culture transformation Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to analyse complex situations and provide strategic HR solutions Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applications Meaningful Impact - 'advancing medicine, improving lives' of people around the world Professional Growth Opportunities - We believe in investing in our employees' development Employee Recognition - Your hard work and achievements will be recognised and rewarded Employee Wellness Initiatives - We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employee If you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.
