Overview Join to apply for the People and Culture Business Partner role at deliberatepractice. Base pay range: A$130,000/yr – A$140,000/yr. Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This is a not‑for‑profit community organisation that operates in aged care and community services. Responsibilities Develop and maintain genuine business partner relationships with key internal stakeholders to enable them to meet operational and strategic goals across multiple sites in the eastern suburbs and occasional CBD days. Act as a trusted people partner to the management team for people and employment issues across the employee lifecycle. Report to the People & Culture Operations Manager and cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Lead the development and update of HR policy and procedures to ensure they are current and aligned with best practice. Support stakeholders in organisational change and manage multiple key people projects. Promote and foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations. Key Deliverables Enhancing business partnering Employee relations and handling complex workplace matters Lead advocacy on employee relations issues for staff and leaders Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures Support organisational change initiatives Ownership of key people projects Qualifications and Skills Experienced generalist with the ability to influence at all levels Strong experience in employee relations and handling complex, sensitive situations Creative and strategic thinker with solid project management skills Ability to coach leaders and build strong relationships Pragmatic approach to HR issues Other: This role values diversity and offers flexible working conditions Relevant experience in the not-for-profit sector is beneficial Additional Information Employment type: ContractJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Non-profit Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
