Plant Mechanic | Grafton WesTrac Grafton is seeking experienced Mobile Plant/Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join their workshop team. As a Plant Mechanic at WesTrac, you can expect to utilise your mechanical expertise to inspect, maintain, and repair a range of Caterpillar equipment. With a key focus on safety, you will work alongside a skilled team of technicians to ensure our customers get the most from their machines and ensure minimal machine downtime. Roster and Remuneration Roster: Monday to Friday Day Shift Hours: 40 hour or 50 hour week available Hourly rates from $42.57 & OT $63.66 + super *Rates above are a guide only, and each candidate will be assessed based on competencies and experience* Skills & Experience Australia recognised Mechanical Trade qualification Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment or similar OEM Excellent diagnostic and repair skillsAttention to detail with the ability to perform tasks to meet Caterpillar quality standards Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Why WesTrac?
