About the Role We’re looking for energetic Chef de Partie to join our buzzing kitchens. You’ll take ownership of your station, help drive service across our bistro, restaurant, café, and functions, and sharpen your skills across multiple cuisines and techniques. With a fully renovated functions kitchen, upgraded bistro equipment, and a stunning waterfront setting, you’ll have the tools and environment to create your best work.
