A rapidly expanding insurance firm is seeking a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager with a strong understanding of insurance operations to join them on a permanent basis. Hit the Apply for this job button to find out more You are: You are a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager with a background working in insurance firms and a good understanding of quotes, pricing, renewals, claims etc. Ideally you've been across a diverse range of tech & digital projects and are accustomed to working in unstructured/immature environments. With a proactive attitude, you are approachable and personable with excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet & pivot where necessary. The Role: As the Scrum Master, you will be managing 2-3 projects concurrently, owning agile ceremonies and project governance. You'll contribute to agile adoption and work to continuously improve Scrum frameworks. Working in a small team with a flat structure, you'll be very hands‑on in your approach, happy to wear multiple hats where necessary.
