The Opportunity As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be the driving force of our Agile processes, ensuring that our teams follow Scrum principles to maximize efficiency and deliver high‑quality results. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and enabling a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership and coaching will play a key role in helping our teams thrive and deliver high‑impact outcomes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure effective collaboration and alignment within the Scrum team. Coach and Mentor Teams: Guide team members on Scrum best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and help individuals develop their Agile skills. Remove Impediments: Actively identify and resolve obstacles or bottlenecks that impede the team's progress, ensuring a smooth flow of work and timely delivery of sprint goals. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective prioritization of work. Any other activities as required from time‑to‑time to support the continued operations and growth of Future Secure AI. Requirements Ideally, you are a Senior Scrum/Delivery Lead professional who has managed multiple projects at one‑time, and led small to large tech teams. You are a people person who can drive results, consistent organisation and planning, and juggle priorities effectively. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and best practices. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills. Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals. Scrum Master certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is a plus. Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.).
