The Model Sirv empowers experienced industry managers to join as Operations Managers and earn 30% of the business unit's bottom line. We provide systems, tools, processes, licences, and resources to build and run your own Sirv business unit. The Sirv Corporate Team handles back office, compliance, payroll, invoicing, accounting, advertising and marketing. Your Role As Operations Manager, your role will mirror your current responsibilities but with operational autonomy to grow and manage a high-quality NDIS support business. Business Development experience in NDIS disability support services: network with Support Coordinators and participants to secure service offerings. Recruitment: recruit and build a support team that meets participant needs. Rostering: manage client support needs and staff to maintain the highest level of support. Grow: scale your business and expand internal operational staff. Serve: provide empathy and passion to participants and support staff. Laugh: support your fellow Sirv team to help everyone be their best. Rewards & Remuneration The rewards at Sirv are unparalleled. You get your cake and can eat it too As your business grows, so does your profit share. Year 1 Operations Managers should earn between $120,000 to $200,000, with year 2 and beyond expecting $200,000 to $300,000 plus. Starting base package: $90,000 + Super + $8,000 Car Allowance. 30% profit share bonuses based on your business unit's bottom line paid quarterly and annually. Dedicated business coach and mentor to help you scale. Full back office, corporate service, quality & compliance team. Prerequisite We need experienced Operations, Area, or Regional Managers with great character and attitude. To be an Operations Manager you must have the following: Built robust networks and managed operations with an NDIS support business. Built and managed large teams with strong leadership qualities. Financial acumen and ambition to build a strong and profitable business. Passionate about participant outcomes. A drive to help your colleagues and teammates succeed. Business Manager Level For those with potential but less experience in financial or leadership responsibilities, Sirv offers a transitional Business Manager level. Base salary is lower but profit share and business model remain the same. We invest in your development with support and training to grow into a full Operations Manager role.
