As Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in leading our management team, driving our vision, and shaping the future of our swim school. If you think you’ve got what it takes, then read on to find out more about what we’re looking for As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the day to day and long-term operational performance of Findon Swim School. Your leadership will drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across our programs, systems and our overall customer experience. HOURS One day of weekend work required, hours of work involve week day evenings. Leadership & Communication Ability to lead and work within a team environment Champion a positive, high performance workplace culture. Friendly, polite, with a great sense of humour Great oral and written communicator Organisation You apply yourself enthusiastically and energetically You are well organised with strong attention to detail You have excellent time / task management Supervision Supervision and Training of others in a fast-paced environment Team Leader with efficient and effective management and delegation skills Monitor and conduct Performance Reviews and staff meetings Work well unsupervised and within a team environment You embrace personal development and self-improvement opportunities Management Be an active contributor in our Strategic and Operational Management teams See challenges as opportunities and explore solutions before reporting the problem Are consistently in ‘SWOT mode’ Are a ‘Big Picture’ thinker Initiative Responsible and Reliable Able to cheerfully accept and handle change Show inventiveness, enterprise and instigate self-improvement Operational Skills Systems management, development, implementation and monitoring Data entry, IClass Pro Software, RosterElf and Microsoft Office software Enhanced technical skills Marketing development (Loomly/Facebook and Publisher experience would be very beneficial) This important role will need occasional travel between our three locations.
