About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AO6 Business Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee key corporate services, ensuring the smooth operation of human resources, finance, and facilities management. Working closely with the AO8 Business Manager and the school leadership team, you will play a vital role in fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Key responsibilities include: Lead human resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll oversight, professional development and return-to-work coordination. Manage the cleaning services of the school. Oversee the school's finance team, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Work closely with the Business Manager (AO8) to lead and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. This role would suit a motivated and people-focused leader with a passion for driving excellence in a complex organisational setting. A strategic mindset combined with hands‑on operational capability, ready to lead teams, manage change and drive continuous improvement. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a leadership team, with strong problem‑solving, planning and organisational skills.
