Job Summary Are you ready to make a real impact in peoples lives while growing your career with a leading financial services provider HUB24 is looking for a Claims Consultant to join our Superannuation team As a Claims Consultant youll be the trusted guide for customers navigating some of lifes most important moments. Youll handle a variety of superannuation claims - ranging from permanent incapacity and family law to financial hardship and investment claims - ensuring every case is managed with care accuracy and a commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities Process a variety of superannuation claims (e.g. permanent incapacity family law death financial hardship investment). Review claim forms and documents for accuracy and completeness. Liaise with trustees lawyers advisers clients and beneficiaries to gather information and resolve queries. Follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timely claim processing. Conduct initial investigations and research to support claim assessments. Ensure claims are assessed accurately and in line with policy terms. Requirements A minimum of 1 year of experience in a claims role is required - ideally within Insurance or Super. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust. Attention to detail and effective case management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. RG 146 compliance or ASFA Cert IV (desirable).
