Desired Skills and Experience What your new job looks like As a Claims Consultant, you will work within our Claims Team focusing on end-to-end claims management, driving outstanding customer experience and delivering market leading claims service through quality technical response. Please note the start date for this role is 12th Jan 26. The position is diverse, and includes the following key elements: Manage a portfolio of strata claims within agreed timeframes Ensure the delivery of a "Concierge" claims service on every claim Ensure regular and accurate reporting is provided to the Claims Managers Assist with overflow of claims matters from other branches Providing risk insights and guidance to the Underwriting team We'd love to meet you ...
