About Us We pride ourselves on fresh, quality ingredients, a creative menu, and a relaxed atmosphere. We're looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and help shape the next chapter of our café. What You'll Do Lead, hire if required and train small kitchen team Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, costing, prep, and service Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness Manage ordering, inventory, and COGS Develop weekly specials and contribute fresh menu ideas Ensure a safe and positive work environment What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef, including staff supervision and roster management Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) Creative flair and a genuine love for modern café food Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a busy breakfast/lunch service Reliable, organised, and passionate about quality What We Offer Competitive salary: $70,000–$90,000 + super (based on experience) Supportive, friendly team environment Freedom to shape the menu and specials A loyal local customer base Opportunity to grow with the business How to Apply Ready to take the next step in your career?
