The Role As a Consultant, you will be called on to manage our clients’ ER and IR issues. You will be speaking to clients over the phone, reviewing/drafting contracts and policies, case managing employment issues such as restructures and redundancies, disciplinary processes and terminations, and much more. You will nurture deep relationships with our clients and become a critical part of their success. Skills & Experience To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for candidates with the following: 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role providing advice and consultation on workplace relations matters (including in-house HR Business Partners). Knowledge of Australian employment law and Modern Award framework. A pragmatic and commercial approach to providing advice (both written and verbally). Formal qualifications in Law or HR is desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-centric environment. Self-motivated with a desire to be the best practitioner you can be.
