As a Case Manager, you’ll manage claims end-to-end under the NSW Workers Compensation scheme, ensuring timely and effective injury management and return-to-work plans. You’ll build strong, trust‑based relationships with all stakeholders while delivering exceptional service and making a real difference in people’s lives. Your new role The role of a Case Manager will see you return people to health and work with empathy, expertise and act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including injured workers, their employers, doctors, and other medical professionals. The goal is to seek the best possible outcome for all parties involved, whilst supporting them through what is often an emotionally challenging time. Managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims in line with scheme regulation, you will be empowered to take a holistic case management approach to provide positive customer connections. Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers. Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work. Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy. About You You genuinely care about the work you do, delivering an informed, customer‑centric service with empathy and patience. You remain focused in a fast‑paced environment, have exemplary communication skills and can demonstrate resilience in challenging and sensitive situations. You understand that you play an essential role in the delivery of a critical service that will have a significant impact on the lives of our customers at a difficult time. Professional experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment. A high degree of influencing skills, partnered with strong written and verbal communication skills. A resilient approach to your work, maintaining a positive and optimistic response to all challenges. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. A flexible and service‑orientated approach.
