Initially, the focus will be internal; turning updates into engaging stories, transforming milestones into memorable moments, and helping our people feel more connected than ever. You’ll bring energy, creativity, and a sharp visual eye to everything you do. Whether it’s a short-form video, a photo story, or a new way to embrace evolving technologies to engage, your content will help shape the voice of Hansen from the inside out. Key Responsibilities Create short-form video content that highlights company wins, product updates, and team moments. Capture internal events - from social gatherings to town halls, hackathons to half-year results - and turn them into vibrant, shareable stories. Script, shoot, and edit content that’s visually engaging and aligned with our internal brand tone. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uncover stories, updates and initiatives worth sharing. Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment. About You A visual thinker with a passion for storytelling through video, voice, and design. Strong editing skills across video, audio, and written formats — you know how to make content pop. Confident communicator who’s comfortable engaging with senior leaders and global teams. A team player, who can work independently and alongside the broader corporate marketing team, juggling multiple creative projects at once. Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop. A keen sense of visual style and tone that resonates with diverse internal audiences.
