As a Payroll Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time across all Group entities. You’ll manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, respond to employee queries, and support compliance activities – all within a supportive and collaborative team. This role would suit someone who prides themselves on their attention to detail, is comfortable working autonomously, and enjoys helping others. Key Responsibilities End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll Preparing monthly reporting including PAYG, payroll tax and superannuation Responding to employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner Processing terminations, adjustments and maintaining employee records Interpreting awards and enterprise agreements General payroll administration and ad hoc tasks What You’ll Bring Previous payroll experience in a medium or large organisation Strong attention to detail, accuracy and discretion Experience with UKG/Kronos and Payroll Metrics (highly desirable) Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines and problem‑solve A collaborative approach and strong work ethic All applications will be subject to background checks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
