About our client Randstad is pleased to once again be partnering with our client who are a high profile ASX-Listed employer name on a full-time and permanent basis. This is a rare opporutnity to join their payroll team that has a long history of promoting from within above hiring externally. This role will report into the Payroll Team Leader and act as a 2IC to assist in supporting a team of 9 Payroll Officers. What's on offer $90K - $95K+ Super + benefits Exceptional office and team culture Supportive leadership Join a highly respected industry leader with a demonstrated history of developing and progressing their team members Brisbane Southern suburbs with free parking and public transport options Hybrid role - 2 days WFH Learning, development and progression opportunities About the role Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader and working in a team environment, your duties will include: High volume weekly payroll processing Supporting a team of Payroll Officers in delagating their weekly tasks and acting in a Supervisory capacity when the Payroll Team Leader is on leave Updating and maintaining of employee records New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance Processing terminations, redundancies and leave Responding to employee queries in a timely manner Award interpretation Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues About you You are an experinced Senior Payroll Officer or Payroll Officerwho is ready to step into a more senior role.
