We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Franchising Marketing Manager to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in scaling our franchise marketing network, helping franchise partners grow their businesses through impactful, data-driven marketing. As the Franchising Marketing Manager, you’ll act as the go-to marketing partner for our franchisees, leading campaigns, guiding local execution, and providing hands‑on coaching to support performance. You’ll collaborate closely with operations, creative, and leadership teams to deliver smart, scalable marketing that drives member growth and brand visibility across Australia. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Multiple years of experience in marketing, including suitable years in a franchise or multi‑site business model. Strong experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you love partnering with others and influencing outcomes. A deep understanding of brand consistency, local area marketing, and campaign performance analytics. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). A passion for fitness, wellness, or customer engagement – bonus points if you’ve worked in the fitness, retail, or QSR industries KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary marketing advisor for franchisees – providing training, support, and actionable guidance on local marketing, digital campaigns, and member engagement. Plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns across the franchise network, ensuring brand consistency while supporting local needs. Lead the marketing for new franchise openings – driving awareness, pre‑sales success, and launch‑day buzz. Monitor and report on campaign performance using metrics like lead generation, ROMI, and retention – turning insights into strategies that drive growth. Build strong, lasting relationships with franchise owners, empowering them to market with confidence and creativity.
