Permanent Full-Time Appointment at our Karratha Campus Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your HR career in a complex organisation? This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE (NR TAFE) and live in one of the most pristine and exciting regions in our State. We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who will provide a customer‑focussed HR business partnering service and the provision of advice and support to managers and general staff on a diverse range of operational human resource management matters. As the Senior HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in delivering a proactive business partnering service on a range of human resources functions whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and government policy. You will support the manager Human Resources in supporting managers on routine industrial relation queries. The position will be based at the Karratha campus; however regular travel to other NR TAFE campuses across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions is required. We operate under NR TAFE's Leadership Expectations. The context for this role is “Leading Others”. About the College NR TAFE is the largest provider of training and vocational services in the north of Western Australia, servicing communities and industries across a region exceeding one million square kilometres.
