We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who will provide a customer‑focussed HR business partnering service and the provision of advice and support to managers and general staff on a diverse range of operational human resource management matters. As the Senior HR Business Partner you will play a critical role in delivering a proactive business partnering service on a range of human resources functions whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and government policy. You will support the manager Human Resources in supporting managers on routine industrial relation queries. The position will be based at the Karratha campus; however regular travel to other NR TAFE campuses across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions is required.
