Working alongside the biggest and most reputable charities in the world, we empower our staff with passion and let’s face it, passion never fails The Role: As Team Leader, you will play a vital role in managing a team of fundraising agents while also being actively involved in calling supporters yourself. You’ll inspire your team to achieve fundraising targets, ensure exceptional performance, and lead by example. Your team will be responsible for reaching out to past, present, and future supporters, raising essential funds for a variety of charities. You will also collaborate closely with senior management to develop strategies and ensure ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of call centre agents to achieve goals. Monitor team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and encouragement. Ensure you can lead for the front and be an example for all members of the team. Analyse performance data to areas of improvement and implement solutions. Create daily and weekly incentives to keep your team motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements: At least 6 months of experience managing a team in a Call Centre environment or similar. Experience working towards KPI’s in a Sales environment. Why Join the Fundamental Team?
