About the Role We're on the hunt for a Client Engagement & Conveyancing Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully remote role —you can work from your home office, your lounge room, or wherever you feel most productive. We're looking for someone who has Queensland conveyancing experience and thrives in their own environment, enjoys chatting with clients on the phone, and is excited to be part of the BestLife Legal team. As part of this role, you'll oversee two remote staff who handle the A-to-Z of conveyancing. Your job will be to ensure everything runs smoothly—overseeing files, chatting with clients, solving problems, answering questions, double-checking for accuracy, and making sure our conveyancing business thrives. You'll also have the opportunity to build your own referral base within the business and be rewarded with a bonus incentive scheme. What We're Looking For Must have strong Qld conveyancing experience and be confident in overseeing files from start to finish. Thrives in a remote work environment and has a solid home office setup. Is passionate about building quality relationships with clients, referrers, and stakeholders. Is a problem solver who can ensure our conveyancing processes are error‑free. Resides in Queensland—preferably in a regional area anywhere from Sunshine Coast to Cooktown; across to Mount Isa, Longreach, or Birdsville. We love country, regional values and a strong work ethic. Is excited about this unique opportunity, wants to be part of a solid remote team and ready to work hard while enjoying the ride.
