Your opportunity As an Adult & Paediatric Specialist Audiologist, you’ll undertake a mix of clinical work including casework that is complex. Working side by side with people who go the extra mile, you’ll also love the feeling of helping adults and children who need us. Here’s how you’ll do it: Maintain a high level of clinical skills through regular clinical casework Assess the auditory problems of routine and complex clients, providing appropriate device fitting, rehabilitation, counselling and reports to referral sources Be an expert in the area of products / adult and paediatric specialist case work and a role model for sales Monitor and evaluate the quality and consistency of clinical services and assist Manager to action areas which are not best practice Undertake one to one coaching of clinicians and file reviews to improve both clinical capability and business outcomes; including compliance to OHS contract Assist the Centre to achieve targets and KPIs across all client groups Under the Manager’s direction, assist with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Centre and support team in the provision of timely and quality services to clients Participate in promotional activities as required to engender a positive image of Hearing Australia in the community and referral sources What You’ll Bring We believe the successful candidate with thrive in a client‑centred environment where they can provide exceptional and friendly service, in conjunction with managing clinical work and complex cases. You’ll bring: Tertiary qualification in Audiology Full and current membership with Audiology Society of Australia OHS Qualified Practitioner Experience in the provision of audiological services Demonstrated ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders Demonstrated ability as an agent of change and ability to lead change Demonstrated high level coaching and mentoring skills Ability to travel to multiple sites and interstate Why Hearing Australia?
