Position Overview: Join our client's dynamic Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service and sales support. Bayswater location This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager, offering a supportive work environment. If you're passionate about Italian food and culture, this is the perfect opportunity to work with prestigious Italian brands Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails with professionalism, redirecting as necessary. Process sales orders, manage customer queries, and provide administrative support. Support sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts. Knowledge Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Understanding of customer service principles and practices. Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Excel and Word for data processing and administrative tasks. Personal Attributes Adaptability and self-motivation. Attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service orientation. Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and using sound judgment. Cultural awareness and sensitivity, along with respect for others. Team player with patience and commitment to maintaining high standards.
