The opportunity HWLE is looking for a full time Senior Paralegal to join our Melbourne Banking & Finance team working alongside Partner Elpis Korosidis. Elpis acts predominantly for non-bank lenders in the real estate finance space including acquisition finance, project & construction finance. Elpis prides herself on delivering exceptional client service and doing what she can to support and encourage her team to reach their full potential. As a result, she is recruiting paralegals to join her high performing team. You’ll be busy with drafting meticulous legal documents settling loans through the electronic conveyancing platform developing and maintaining highly regarded client relationships To succeed in this role, ideally you’ll have proficiency in PEXA experience with real estate finance and loan settlements a strong commitment to client service the ability to manage volume and competing priorities with a high level of attention to detail What we offer Unrivalled career pathways : Our unique meritocracy model proudly offers our staff career development, promoting talent based solely on merit.
