Extensive training will be provided to show the Quality Air way :-) What You’ll Be the Superstar At Scheduling jobs with precision Delivering outstanding customer service & customer satisfaction Invoicing when required Preparing accurate quotes Managing staff and supporting technicians Confident with phone calls, problem‑solving and client updates Ordering parts and coordinating with suppliers Handling debtors tasks and follow‑ups Managing employee licences and ensuring everything is up to date Business development to help grow the company Using ServiceM8 or similar job management software (highly regarded) Who You Must Be A weapon with extensive air‑conditioning knowledge + industry experience Someone ready to implement procedures, improvements and systems Capable of training, mentoring and supporting junior admin staff Super organised, solutions‑focused, and calm when things get busy Great with people – building strong relationships with staff, clients and suppliers The Role FULL‑TIME, on‑site ( Gnangara office) 5 days a week Be part of a fun, positive team that values excellence Your work is respected and rewarded, not overlooked Genuine career progression based on performance Pay rate is negotiable depending on your experience If you’re the superstar we’re searching for – someone who knows the AC industry inside out and thrives in a fast‑paced, supportive environment – we want to hear from you.
